Exponential backoff has been implemented, but it is not strictly following the UDMI documentation as detailed on GitHub documentation
Current implementation of UDMI only supports a maximum of 10 proxy devices with 150 points per point set.

Long Root CA is not accepted due to its size, a short version of a Root CA should be used. A maximum of 25 points is only allowed per device. Exponential backoff has been implemented, but it is not strictly following the UDMI documentation as detailed on GitHub documentation
